Formaggio di capra e insalata autoprodotta - Goat cheese and salad self-produced-

I bought the cheese from a local producer. That little one is called double something because it has two delicious inner inside and the other is called formaggetta. They are the products of excellence of CAPRISS, MAG-Mercato-Agricola-del-Gusto and therefore, in addition to the taste, we also have to reward the promotion with a name as well as not to buy them.
The misticance salad has been produced by me as you can see in a jar too large for a flower plant this is the jar for a tree. So I'm almost afraid to cut it, I'm afraid it hurts.

My friend, Eugenia Conti, years ago, taught me to grow the pot of salad and assured me that I could make three cuts before I had to change the plant.
I cut it then and after washing it I will add the rocket, which I had to buy because I could not find the seeds and some walnut skewers.
Two beautiful slices of bread and dinner is made. In the Sunday lunch, in fact, I have remained potatoes in the filicudara that I will heat in frying pan.

Eugenia, who now runs the TheGreenGrain Gardens, taught me to grow the salad everywhere. And this everywhere I took it seriously using old packing boxes or improperly a flower pot.
