Senza titolo- Untitled

Salsa guacamole, Tsaziki, insalata mista, tortillas chips, patatine fritte, Hamburgher era troppo lungo come titolo per la cena di stasera. 

Ho preparato le salse nel pomeriggio perchè volevo qualcosa di fresco per accompagnare delle hamburgher insolite.

 Non è semplice carne macinata ne polpette nel senso classico quello che ci sarà nel piatto. Ho condito la carne che è un macinato misto di manzo e maiale con la mostarda, sale pepe prezzemolo e cipolle ma non ho aggiunto ne pane ne patate. 

Non sono polpette e non riuscivo a dargli un nome che le differenziasse dalle hamburgher classiche.
 Non è solo carne macinata e pressata in una forma è stata ad insaporire con quegli odori/spezie che ho citato  in frigorifero per 5 h. 
Non me la sono sentita nemmeno di chiamarla cena Tex mex perchè lo Tsaziki  è cosa greca e nulla c'entra con le americhe. 

Ho semplicemente assemblato una serie di salse fresche che adoro mangiare e preparato un hamburgher con dell'insalata.



Guacamole sauce, Tzatziki, mixed salad, tortillas chips, fries, Hamburger was too long as title for tonight's dinner.
I prepared the sauces in the afternoon because I wanted something fresh to accompany unusual hamburgers.
It's not simple to grind the meat in the classic sense what will be in the dish. I have the meat that is a ground mixed with beef and pork with mustard, salt pepper parsley and onions but I did not add bread and potatoes.
I'm not meatballs and I could not give her a name that would differentiate them from classic burgers.

  It's not just crushed and pressed meat in a form that has been flavored with those odors / spices I mentioned in the refrigerator for 5 h.
I did not even hear her call Tex mex dinner because Tsaziki is Greek and nothing has to do with the Americans.

I just assembled a series of fresh sauces that I love eating and preparing a salad near the Hamburger.
