Seppia in insalata - Sepia salad

Today is Friday's fresh fresh fish day in supermarkets as well as in markets. Only those who live on the sea do not have a weekly cadence for fresh fish and must wait either on Tuesday or Friday.
Basko Basko marketsupermarket also respects this calendar and that's why I went on pilgrimage today to what remains for me the only fresh fish in Padania.
The sepia that you can see in the picture has cleansed me of black and then I removed my skin. It is in all its splendor.
I did nothing but cook it after having packed it for twenty minutes, then added the potatoes and cooked another twenty minutes.

Besides, I had chopped garlic, parsley and lemon peel with salt.
It's docile the sepia and  cool in this salad version. Temperatures also went up to the north of Italy with the salad with a bottle of iced white wine and a delicious fruit for dinner!
