Primavera, frutti e foglie - Spring, fruits and leaves
La frutta verrà tagliata sul finale come si addice alla frutta. Stasera ci sarà un antipasto di zucchine grigliate e un risotto alla crema di carciofi.
La griglia è uno strumento meraviglioso finchè non lo guardi. Il segreto è affettare in maniera uniforme quello che vuoi grigliare e poi dimenticare di averlo lasciato sul fuoco. Per questo ho messo su un brodo vegetale funzionale al risotto. Non amo i dadi nè il glutammato e dopo aver visto migliaia di puntate di Masterchef ho una certa consapevolezza dei tempi, quello che dovevo fare era tagliare ed affettare i carciofi che ho comprato già puliti.
