Lasagne al pesto - Lasagne with pesto
La lasagna è un formato di pasta che si presta ad essere impilata a strati alternando pasta al condimento ma questo non ci impedisce di usare questo formato di pasta all'uovo in altri modi. Andavo di corsa avevo fame e volevo riprodurre avendo del pesto in barattolo la pasta come si mangia in Liguria.
Il pesto si accompagna con fagiolini lessi e patate lesse trasformando il piatto di pasta in un piatto completo con il quale ci si può dire soddisfatti, la cena è servita ci sono carboidrati grassi verdure e le proteine del formaggio cosa volere di più per cena.
Ho premesso che andavo di fretta e così è stato. Pulire una manciata di fagiolini e tre patate non è cosa difficile bastano veramente pochi minuti.
Fate a cubetti le patate e tagliate i fagiolini.
Dopo dieci minuti potete aggiungere la pasta.
Essendo le lasagne fatte con pasta all'uovo mettete un goccio di olio nell'acqua a che non si attacchino le une con le altre.
Nel piatto di portata sciogliete il pesto con due mestoli d'acqua di cottura della pasta e preparate un abbondante dose di formaggio parmigiano reggiano a parte da aggiungere sul piatto prima di servirlo.
